It is a high performance grease which combines a synthesized hydrocarbon base fluid with a lithium complex soap thickener. The thickener systems provided a high dropping point. Excellent resistance to water wash tenacious structural stability. The unique physical properties of the synthetic base oil, combined with selected additives, provide outstanding protection against wear, rust, corrosion and high temperature degradation. The wax-free feature of the synthetic base oil allows for low-temperature mobility/pumpability and very low starting and running torque values. Also the traction property of the synthetic base fluid is considerably lower than mineral oil, allowing for temperature reductions in the load zone of rolling element bearings.

Application:
It is recommended for avistion applications which need a lubricant that can perform normal functions yet go far beyond in terms of high and low temperature and long-life performance.  It is NLGI Grade 2 grease having the cold-temperature pumping resistance of most mineral oil NLGI Grade 0 greases. It is true wide-temperature, multi-service grease.

Characteristics:

Physical characteristics are listed in the table. Those not shown as maximum or minimum are typical and may vary slightly.

Advantages:

It is synthetic grease provides these advantages when compared with mineral oil grease intended for similar service.

  • Excellent resistance to rust, corrosion, and oxidation.
  • Outstanding structural stability in presence of water.
  • Excellent wear protection under heavy loads and high temperatures.
  • Power-saving capabilities.
  • Extended relubrication intervals- Low volatility
