We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of Silicone Emulsion. Our silicone emulsion is used as a mild release and shining agent (30 % better shine) for rubber and plastic products like tubes, tyres, fan belts, hoses, gaskets and various other rubber parts. Our emulsion not only prevents carbonaceous deposits but also is non-volute and has many oxidant resistance properties.
 
The method of Applications:
In order to obtain continuous, stable parting film and minimising the cost per mouldings, our products should be completely wet before applying to the mould. Thereby, it eliminates sticking in extrudes, moulds, calendars and various other equipment throughout the rubber processing operation. The method for applying these products keep varying owing to the differences in production equipment. Furthermore, it can be sprayed automatically or applied by swabbing, dipping, wiping and hand spraying.
